Welcome back from GW!
I've enjoyed listening to everyone's GW stories this week. It seems like most of you had nice vacations.
I didn't go anywhere during my vacation. I just stayed home. But I started exercising again.
I've been doing weight training and jogging. But I think I've been training too hard. Yesterday while I was teaching children, I injured my leg because of exercising too hard.
When I teach children, I have to sit on the floor and stand up many times during the lesson. One time when I stood up, I suddenly felt a very strong and cold pain in the back of my leg. I stretched my hamstring, I think.
Although it was a painful injury, it was only minor. Already today, I don't feel much pain at all. But I've learned my lesson; I'm going to increase my exercising more slowly than before.
I'm getting old.
