Hiruzen for the celebration

We did go to Hiruzen for our anniversary.

Tatsuki had a day off from his school and enjoyed the weekend with us.

We hardly ever spend a night at a hotel in Japan and it was a good occasion.

Since Hiruzen is a highland, it was much cooler and nicer, and the view from the hotel room was gorgeous.

We originally intended to do some short walk, and it ended up being a real hike on the mountain.

Dave enjoyed the local Jersey beef and their special beer.

Tatsuki enjoyed the surroundings and loved the big hotspring tub in the hotel.
