July 1st Barbecue

I had another barbecue recently. This one was on July 1st.

July 1st is a holiday in Canada. It's called Canada Day.

Also, July 4th is a holiday in the United States. It's Independence Day.

A popular activity for Independence Day is having barbecues. So I had another barbecue at my house. I invited friends from Canada, the US, the UK and Japan.

I made a new sauce for this barbecue -- Maple Glaze. Everyone seemed to like it. I'll post the recipe on NEO's blog soon.
