One of our former students recently opened his own ramen shop in Seikibashi. He is a dentist and the ramen shop is his hobby. He works at his dental clinic in the morning, runs the ramen shop during lunch, and then works in the dental clinic again in the afternoon. That is a really busy schedule. Last Monday, Nick and I stopped in for lunch after our Japanese lesson. It was very good ramen, I will definitely go there again. The name of the restaurant is Ryu (龍). It is the white building in the photo below. The photo is old, so the Ryu sign is not there.
